Earlier this month Jordan and I had the opportunity to travel from Phoenix, AZ to Seattle, WA for my cousin's wedding! We strapped Parker in the car, picked up my sisters in LA and made our way on our adventure! We drove pretty much straight through all the way to Portland, just stopping in Redding for some breakfast and coffee :)

In Portland, we stayed the night in an Air BnB and hit the city doing the most touristy things like Powell's books and Voodoo Doughnuts. (So worth it!)

The next day stopped by Wahkeena Falls on our way out of Oregon.

Jordan grew up in Kalama, WA, a tiny little town close to the border of OR/WA. It was on our route and I wanted to drive through. He took me to a little baseball field where he used to play little league. I love seeing pieces of Jordan's childhood and past!

Wild blackberries grow everywhere! We missed the season for them, but we were able to find a few straggler's :)

We loved Seattle, but we weren't able to spend too much time in the city due to wedding festivities and fun family time! Jordan and I did get a chance to sneak out early one rainy morning to walk around the Public Market and get some crumpets for breakfast. (SOOO yummy! If you ever go, try the Vermont.)

On our way back we took a detour through San Francisco to see the Golden Gate Bridge.

Seriously such a fun trip. It was a little crazy with a toddler, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
